Foundation based single family homes

Atlas Cottage Homes works in harmony with Atlas Communities and Projects to create budget-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally responsible communities in diverse settings ranging from high-density urban footprints to vacation-type environments.  State and local governments recognize our single-family affordable homes as a viable solution to the mounting affordable housing crisis.  

Our factory build cottages are built in our 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space in Orlando Florida, and range in size from 588 sq. ft. to 1176 sq. ft.   Each home is built to Florida Single Family Home code and thus is eligible for traditional 30-year consumer mortgages.

We produce both Value and Premier models in 1/1, 1/2, 2/2, and 3/2 floor plans with both one- and two-story layouts.  Each home is code compliant with HVHZ and non-NVAZ standards and includes all the components and features of traditional stick-built homes.
