The Homes

  • Floor plans include:  1 bed / 1 bath, 2 bed / 2 bath, 3 bed /2 bath 
  • The 2/2 is a unique two-story unit with a second-floor outdoor deck
  • Floor plans vary from 588 sq. ft. to 1176 sq. ft.
  • Insulated walls (R-14) and ceiling (R-20) and flooring (R-13)

Manufacturing

  • The only licensed home builder in Florida permitted to build under 800-1000 sq. ft. and qualify for the traditional 30-yr. mortgage
  • Florida Licenses: BC, GC, and a licensed modular builder through DBPR
  • Based in Orlando, Plant 1 is 50,000 sq. ft. and Plant 2 is 54,000 sq. ft.
  • The unique manufacturing process in our controlled indoor plants increases efficiencies and reduces costs
  • Certain manufacturing processes are currently in the application phase for “Patent Pending” status
  • Each unit is backed by a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty (2 yr. workmanship/10 yr. structural)
  • Workforce recruitment, training, and development programs
  • Green/environmentally friendly certification in the application process
  • Manufacturing time-based in 4-6 weeks per modular structure
  • Subject to two-phase building inspection from Florida State approved inspectors allow homes to arrive on-site complete and qualified for occupancy

Applications for Cottage Homes

  • Single-family “Premier” homes purchased by consumers and placed on privately acquired land
  • Single-family “Premier” homes are placed in Atlas planned developments on either deeded lots or on land lease lots. These communities include shared amenities like pools, playgrounds, and community centers
  • Single-family “Value/Workforce” homes are placed on deeded lots with the assistance of local governments through reduced land costs, credits, and incentives
