Most commercial Real Estate developments start with a borrowed idea, sketched on the back of a napkin which is handed over to a technician who fits a specific number of roof tops or units into an available parcel.  Later someone adds a clever name and predictable logo, and the development takes its first breath.

The Atlas Group takes quite a different approach. Each development concept starts by identifying a specific need and or problem. The Atlas Group then consolidates its in-house resources to collectively formulate the best possible plan to address the need. Every decision, at every turn, must agree with the purpose and receive an affirmative answer to the question: does it satisfy the need and or solve the problem?

The design as well, must agree with the purpose with functionality being our top priority.  The appearance and numerous other details and considerations are not devalued but rather deliberately and mindfully integrated into the final design.
